Do I have to stop seeing my regular doctor ?

Absolutely Not ! We encourage you not to make any changes to your current medical care or prescriptions without your medical doctor's approval.  We believe in collaborative care.  We work alongside your existing healthcare providers to ensure you are receiving the best care possible. We'll communicate with your other doctors as needed to coordinate your functional health care.

In functional medicine covered by insurance ?

No we do not accept insurance, although HSA and FSA accounts can typically be used for our services.

How long does it take to see results ?

While everyone's journey is unique, most patients begin noticing improvements within 4-8 weeks. More complex cases may take 3-6 months to see significant changes. We'll set realistic expectations during your initial consultation based on your specific situation.

After your free discovery call we will send you a detailed intake form to complete.  Your initial consultation appointment is comprehensive — typically 60-90 minutes. We'll review your complete health history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and determine what testing might be helpful. You'll leave with a clear understanding of our approach and next steps.
